BRAND & CONTENT MARKETEER - ANTWERP
We’re on the lookout for a Full-time (no freelance) Brand & Content Marketer with a unique mix of skills: someone who combines marketing insight with hands-on creative execution.
As Rite Studios expands across Antwerp, Ghent, and Brasschaat, you’ll play a key role in building our brand’s presence from brand storytelling to performance-driven content that resonates with our mission and vision.
You will need 2 different skillsets:
A sharp marketing mind, that understands how to grow a brand and drive conversion.
Creative content skills, that bring our identity to life with precision, taste, and consistent content.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with room to grow alongside a premium, wellness-focused brand.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the content creation/implementation across all digital channels: social media, newsletters, website, campaigns, and in-app communications.
• Create/oversee content production (video, photography, copy), sometimes in-house (by you), sometimes with external creatives.
• Drive campaigns with specific marketing goals in mind: conversion, retention, brand awareness, community engagement.
• Manage and update the website focusing on clarity, SEO, structure, conversion.
• Keep our branding up to date and relevant so these can be implemented on all designs, interior details, event setups, partnership activations, …
• Take full ownership of daily content plan, scheduling, and community interaction on social platforms (you will be assisted by an intern for this part).
YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
1. A Strong Marketing Mindset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, content, or branding roles ideally in lifestyle, wellness, fitness, or community-driven industries.
• A clear vision to content: you understand how storytelling drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Familiarity with marketing funnels and how to tailor content for different stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing tools and principles (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking).
• Able to set goals, monitor key metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion), and adjust tactics accordingly.
2. Content Creation & Execution Skills
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills in English, you can write for social, email, web, and campaigns with brand voice consistency.
• A strong visual sensibility: you're able to judge aesthetics and contribute to or guide content shoots (photo/video).
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Able to brief, manage, and collaborate with freelancers and creatives.
3. Soft Skills & Practical Must-Haves
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, and lifestyle.
• A strong eye for detail and dedication to delivering polished, high-quality content.
• A driver’s license and flexibility to work across multiple locations (Antwerp, Ghent, Brasschaat).
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing content calendars, deadlines, and different stakeholders.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and bring ideas that stand out.
