For The Chapel, we’re looking for energetic and welcoming Front Desk team members who love hospitality, wellbeing and community.
About the Chapel
The Chapel is a space designed around movement, recovery and ritual, where strength, focus and wellbeing come together under one roof.
This studio features:
- Open Gym
- Strength & Hyrox training
- Reformer Pilates
- Stretch zone
- Recovery & wellbeing area with ice baths and infrared sauna
- Coffee corner
This is not your typical fitness studio. It’s a destination built around how people want to feel.

Your Key Tasks:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, making clients feel welcome and supported every step of the way
- Ensure the studio remains clean and organized
- Greet, assist, and check in members, making every interaction seamless and enjoyable
- Inform clients about Rite's promotions, discounts, and special events.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Be ready for shifts that may include early mornings or evenings, depending on studio hours
- Handle restocking, studio setups, and day-to-day tasks with efficiency
