The OPEN GYM is a flexible space where you move the way you need to, from strength and cardio to slowing down in the stretch corner. With high-quality equipment in a supportive environment, it’s ideal for building strength, improving mobility, and reaching your personal goals. Train on your own or book one of our group classes, like Guided Strength or Hyrox Training.
Depending on your booking, access to the wellbeing is included. A booking for 1 credit gives you access to the fitness facilities only.
A booking for 1.5 credits gives you the full experience, including access to both the gym and the wellbeing facilities.
For classes such as Guided Strength and Hyrox, wellbeing access is included in your booking as well.
