We offer two types of workouts. Both sessions last 45’ and will take your mind off everything. Our BIKE workout is a fun and sweaty experience where you ride on an indoor bike in the dark to epic beats with only candlelight to lead the way. Our HIIT is set in a way that alternates between cardio, intervals on the treadmill, and weighted floor exercises.
YES! One of the best things about Rite is that you can make the workout as hard or as easy as you want. BIKE works with a resistance handle that you can tweak to your fitness and experience level. The instructors will always ask who is new at the start of the class so they can keep an eye on you and give you an intro to the different parts of the bike. What’s most important is that you go at your own rhythm and let the music be your guide. You will see that you quickly build confidence and strength and you improve workout after workout, regardless of your starting point.
No need to bring anything apart from your workout gear and sports shoes. For the BIKE we will provide you with the right (clip-in) shoes. For both workouts we will provide you with a workout towel. Our bathrooms have shower towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, make-up products, toiletries, hair dryers, etc. Basically everything you need to get ready afterwards to go to work or head for dinner and drinks with friends.
One of the best things about both our BIKE and HIIT workouts is that they can be adapted to any fitness level. You are always in control of your own efforts and resistance. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.
“You shall never sweat alone” is one of the ten commandments of Rite and we live by that. We do not offer PT or open gym sessions for now because we believe the group workout empowers you to join our community, helps you push your limits while focusing on the fun side of the workout. Our instructors will always keep a close eye on your technique and will guide and correct you where needed.
Absolutely! You can opt for a single credit or into pack of 2 credits to try both BIKE and HIIT workouts. There is no admin or subscription fee, so if you don’t like it there’s not much to lose. You just select the workout you would like to attend, create your account and then select the 1 Rite or an Intro pack on the payment page.
In order to attend one of our Rites you have to book your spot online before every session. To do so you need to:
Yes you can. Credits can be freely used in booking your spot for either the BIKE or the HIIT.
Credits are valid for 1 year. Don’t worry, when we get closer to the expiration date we will send you plenty of reminders to let you know they are expiring soon.
You can’t transfer your credits to another account.
You certainly can. Just ask them to create an account and select the 1 Rite or an Intro pack on the payment page.
Unfortunately you can’t. To make sure that people can arrive stress-free and have their favourite spot waiting for them, we ask people to book their slot ahead of the start time of the class. If you want we can help you create an account and book your class in our studio. Just come by during our opening hours and we will help you out.
We want to give you the flexibility to pay as you go. But we also want to reward our loyal customers, so to that extent you can buy single classes but can also buy a 20 Rite pack that allows you to take 20 classes at a significantly lower cost (€11 per Rite instead of €14).
Yes. If you want to buy credits to be able to book and attend classes, you need to create an account. It’s important for us to have your contact information to keep you updated about our schedules and any potential changes. Don’t worry, we respect your privacy.
Unfortunately we kept your spot reserved, so if you didn’t show up you will lose that credit. You can cancel for free until up to 12 hours before your class. If you don’t cancel and don’t show up you will be charged the credit for that class.
The schedules go online on Monday at noon. This way you can book your Rite at least one week in advance.
We don’t have any rules and we want you to enjoy the experience to the fullest. However, we do have a few asks to make sure you make the most of your experience and so does everyone else:
If you need to cancel your spot, you have until 12 hours before class. We want to make sure we give other people the opportunity to join so please cancel your class as soon as possible. Late cancellations & no-shows will be fully charged and credits will not be reimbursed.
To avoid being charged if you can not join, please cancel your booking through your account on our website. Please note that there is a cancellation deadline. You can cancel your classes up to 12 hours before class. Not cancelling and not showing up is considered a No show for which you will be charged your credit.
We advise everyone to come 15 minutes before the start of each class. For first timers it’s especially important to come 15 minutes early so we can give you a warm welcome, help you with the setup of your bike (for the BIKE class) or to show you how the equipment works (for the HIIT).
We will refuse entry to anyone after the class has started to ensure an optimal experience for everyone else. Please come early to make the most of your experience.

Fuck yeah, and they are great! Our showers and bathrooms are also fully equipped with silky soft towels, and a full line of organic care products ranging from shower gel, to shampoo to bodylotion and so much more. We also provide a hair dryer and other toiletries for you to leave our studio even hotter than you came in.

Absolutely, and a lot of them. You can leave all your stuff in the locker, which works with a 4-digit code. No need to bring a lock.
We keep lost items for up to a month at our reception. After that we donate everything to charity. Feel free to drop by during our opening times or to shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will help you get your lost item back.
