Studio Manager Antwerp North - (BASED IN ANTWERP)
Full-time | Based in Antwerp/Brasschaat
Rite is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand with studios in Antwerp, Ghent, and Brasschaat. We offer beat-driven indoor BIKE classes, high-intensity HIIT workouts, challenging pilates inspired REFORM classes and OPEN GYM.
We’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead the operation of our studios in Antwerp North (Eilandje) and Brasschaat (Bredabaan).
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day operations from our studios, people management, practical processes, and studio performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our studios run smoothly, our team is supported, and our customers consistently have an exceptional experience. With an interest or background in event management, you’ll get the opportunity to take ownership of our community events and help shape how people connect through Jointly.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Studio Operations
You ensure everything in the studios runs smoothly, looks great, and functions properly.
- Oversee daily operations and workflows across multiple locations
- Perform regular studio checks and handle any issues quickly
- Manage cleanliness, safety, and overall studio presentation
- Take care of technical upkeep and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage relationships with suppliers
- Be actively present on the studio floor with a few front desk shifts per week
2. Team & Scheduling
You’re the leader of the front desk and eventually the instructor team and manage the schedules for Antwerp North region.
- Recruit, train, and support a high-performing front desk team
- Plan and manage monthly shift schedules for front desk and instructor staff
- Set and maintain front desk procedures and service standards and be the main point of contact for your instructors
3. Community & Brand Experience
- You help build a strong local community and make sure our members feel connected to the brand.
- Be a visible, welcoming presence in our Antwerp North studios
- Act as a local brand ambassador, representing Rite’s values and energy
- Work closely with marketing to support and organize events
Your Profile:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on studio needs
- Comfortable managing people, processes, and priorities
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering great customer experiences
- Based in the Antwerp or Brasschaat area, with a valid B driver’s license
- Must: experience in operational setting
- Bonus: experience with studio systems, schedules, or light maintenance tasks
