ALL-ROUND MARKETING INTERN (FULL-TIME)
We’re a boutique sports studios brand located in the south of Antwerp, with two studios in the Kloosterstraat (BIKE & HIIT) and Riemstraat (REFORM). Our beat-based indoor cycling (BIKE), HIIT and Reformer Pilates (REFORM) workouts have grown rapidly since our launch.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As we grow and expand, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate person to join our marketing team. As a marketing intern, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing manager, dive into the world of boutique fitness and get hands-on experience while working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing the studio's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics to optimise performance. You will take the lead on our TikTok strategy, including content planning, creation, editing, and posting to drive engagement and growth.
• Content Creation & Editing: Support the creation, editing, and publishing of content for various channels, including social media posts, Stories, website updates, and print materials. Photography and filming skills are a plus.
• Copywriting: Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Email Marketing: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns. This includes creating email templates, segmenting email lists, writing copy, scheduling newsletters and email campaigns.
• B2B Channel Growth: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow our B2B channel. This includes identifying potential partnerships, outreach, and managing ongoing relationships with corporate clients.
• Campaign & Events Support: Assist in planning and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including partnerships, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Administrative Support: Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An ideal candidate has :
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and a strong interest in the boutique fitness industry
• Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of social media analytics
• Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, XD)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong English proficiency and excellent copywriting skills (Dutch is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Living in Antwerp
