STUDIO MANAGER ANTWERP - (BASED IN ANTWERP)
Full-time | Based in Antwerp
Rite is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand with studios in Antwerp, Ghent, and Brasschaat. We offer beat-driven indoor BIKE classes, high-intensity HIIT workouts, and challenging pilates inspired REFORM classes. We’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead the operation of our studios in Antwerp (Kloosterstraat & Riemstraat) and Brasschaat (Bredabaan).
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day operations from our studios, people management, practical processes, and studio performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our studios run smoothly, our team is supported, and our customers consistently have an exceptional experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
1. Studio Operations
You ensure everything in the studios runs smoothly, looks great, and functions properly.
- Oversee daily operations and workflows across multiple locations
- Perform regular studio checks and handle any issues quickly
- Manage cleanliness, safety, and overall studio presentation
- Take care of technical upkeep and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage relationships with suppliers
- Be actively present on the studio floor with at least 3 front desk shifts per week
2. Team & Scheduling
You help build a strong local community and make sure our members feel connected to the brand.
- Recruit, train, and support a high-performing front desk team
- Plan and manage monthly shift schedules for front desk staff
- Set and maintain front desk procedures and service standards
- Coordinate monthly instructor schedules for the Antwerp studios
3. Community & Brand Experience
You’re the leader of both the front desk team and manage the schedules for Antwerp region.
- Be a visible, welcoming presence in the Antwerp studios
- Act as a local brand ambassador, representing Rite’s values and energy
- Work closely with marketing to support and organize events
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable managing people, processes, and priorities
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering great customer experiences
- Based in the Antwerp area, with a valid B driver’s license
- Bonus: experience with studio systems, schedules, or light maintenance tasks
