MEMBERSHIPS


1. ABOUT RITE MEMBERSHIPS

A 4-week membership that has a fixed amount of credits and gives you access to our BIKE, HIIT, and REFORM classes. Your membership automatically renews every 4 weeks and comes with a 6-month commitment, after which you’re free to cancel it any month.

1.1. TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

- SILVER :
 16 credits per 4 weeks. €8 per credit (€129,99 per 4 weeks).
- GOLD : 20 credits per 4 weeks. €7,5 per credit (€149,99 per 4 weeks).
- PLATINUM: 30 credits per 4 weeks. €6,6 per credit (€199,99 per 4 weeks).

1.2. CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT ALL RITE LOCATIONS?

Yes, your membership gives you access to all our locations:

REFORM Studios: Antwerp, Brasschaat and Ghent (opening March 2025)
BIKE and HIIT Studio: Antwerp

1.3. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP?

You can sign up for a membership directly through our Shop in our app or website. Same place where you purchase credits.  

1.4. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MEMBERSHIP CREDITS IF I HAVEN'T USED THEM IN 4 WEEKS?

By the end of 4 weeks, your credits will expired and you will get your new credits for the new period.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?

You can pay for your membership through our app or website. The payment will be automatically processed every 4 weeks on your renewal date.

2.2. HOW DOES MY MEMBERSHIP RENEW?

Your membership will automatically renew every 4 weeks. The credits from the previous period will expire and get replaced with the fixed amount your membership entails.

2.3. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time by sending us an email at info@jointherite.com

2.4. CAN I BUY CREDITS ALONGSIDE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, you can purchase multiple credits or packages alongside your membership. This can be helpful if you want additional spots or extra flexibility.

2.5. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CREDITS THAT I BOUGHT BEFORE GETTING MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your current credits will remain available for use, and your membership will give you additional credits each month. This allows you to use both options for booking classes.

3. CANCELLATION

3.1. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?


Your membership is subject to a 6-month commitment. After the initial 6-month period, you can cancel your membership any month by sending us an email to info@jointherite.com.

3.2. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE?

Refunds are not available for unused portions of your membership. However, your membership will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

3.3. CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Currently, we do not offer the option to pause memberships. However, your membership can be stopped any month after the initial 6-month period.

3.4. CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP?

Our memberships are non-transferable. Only the person who signed up can use the membership.

4. BOOKING & ATTENDING CLASSES

4.1. HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can book your classes directly through our website or app. Simply log in, select a class from our schedule, and reserve your spot.

4.2. CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE SPOTS IN A CLASS?

Our memberships allows you to book only one spot per person per class. If you wish to book additional spots, you will need to purchase extra credits.

4.3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SPOT?

If you need to cancel your spot in class, please do so at least 10 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit. Cancellations within 10 hours are non-refundable.

- More than 10 hours before the class: Your credit will be refunded and available to book another class.
- Less than 10 hours before the class: Your credit will be lost.
- If you miss a class, your credit will be lost. Make sure to cancel the class within 10 hours to avoid losing your credit.

4.4. CAN I CHANGE MY CLASS BOOKING?

Yes, you can change your class booking if needed, as long as it is more than 10 hours before the class starts.
